• What you write in Autevo is yours.
• Autevo helps you plan and reflect. It is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.
• The AI breakdown can be wrong. You make the decisions.
• Autevo is a subscription billed through Apple: a 7-day free trial, then $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Cancel anytime.
• Be decent to your accountability partner.
• Florida law applies.

This summary helps you read the terms. It does not replace them.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Autevo LLC ("Autevo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Autevo app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Autevo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use Autevo

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. You cannot use Autevo if the law does not allow you to.

3. Your account

You sign up with Apple, Google or email. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.

4. Your content

Everything you write in Autevo (your Life Map answers, vision, notes, ratings and tasks) belongs to you.

To run the app, you give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and show your content back to you, and to send your Life Map answers to our AI provider when you allow it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that take up to 30 days to clear from backups. We do not sell your content, use it for ads, or show it to anyone else.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Autevo without owing you anything.

5. The AI breakdown

The Life Map breakdown is written by AI from your answers. It is a reflection to help you think, not a fact about you. It can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what you want; Autevo never decides for you. Please do not rely on it for important decisions without your own judgment.

6. Not professional advice

Autevo, the Life Map, the AI breakdown and anything Mark writes in the app are for motivation and planning. They are not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a professional. If you are struggling or in crisis, contact a professional, or call or text 988 in the US. In an emergency, call 911.

7. Your accountability partner

You may invite one partner. Your partner sees only your daily count and your streak. Only invite people who want to be invited. Do not use the partner feature to pressure, harass or embarrass anyone. Either of you can remove the other at any time, and we may end a partnership that breaks these rules.

8. Using Autevo fairly

Do not:

• break the law or help someone else break it
• try to access other people's accounts or data
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows
• overload, attack or disrupt the app or our servers
• use bots or fake accounts, including to earn rewards like a free year of Autevo

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Subscriptions and the free trial

Autevo is a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. New members get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you pay $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, depending on the plan you pick. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other countries.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.

Apple processes all payments under its own terms and handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. If we change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect, and Apple will ask for your consent where required. During the beta, testers use Autevo free.

10. Our app and brand

The Autevo app, name, logo, design and writing belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Usage Rules. You may share Your Card and other share images Autevo makes for you.

11. Changes

We may update the app, add or remove features, or change these terms. If we make a big change to these terms, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Autevo after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we have to stop offering Autevo. If we ever shut Autevo down, we will give you notice in the app when we can.

13. Disclaimers

We work hard to make Autevo great, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always work, be error free, or meet every need. Streaks, reminders and widgets can fail because of your phone, its settings or outages.

14. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, from your use of Autevo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid for Autevo in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Florida law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a problem, email [email protected] first and give us 30 days to fix it. If we cannot, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court, or in the state or federal courts in Florida.

16. Apple's required terms

Because you got Autevo from the App Store, these terms also say:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Autevo and its content.
• Your license to use Autevo is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for any support and maintenance of Autevo. Apple has no duty to provide support.
• If Autevo does not meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty for Autevo.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about Autevo, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and consumer protection claims.
• If someone claims that Autevo infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for handling that claim.
• You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or named as a terrorist-supporting country, and you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use Autevo, such as your wireless carrier's terms.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
